Important: AMHC does not collect, request, or store any of the following: fitness activity records, step count, workout history, nutrition preferences, wellness goals, payment details, order history, compensation records, IP addresses, device types, operating systems, app interaction logs, crash logs, referral sources, messages exchanged with coaches, support requests, or community forum participation. 3. How We Use Your Information

Since we only collect your name, email, phone number, username/password, and optional Distributor ID, we use this minimal information only for the following purposes:

• Account Management: To create and manage your AMHC account, authenticate you during login, and allow password recovery.
• Essential Communications: To send you important service-related emails or SMS (e.g., account verification, security alerts, or privacy policy updates). We do not send marketing messages unless you separately opt in.
• Community & Opportunity: To identify you within the Distributor network and enable basic community features (e.g., displaying your name to your upline or team, as per your consent).
• Legal Compliance: To comply with applicable laws, respond to lawful requests from government authorities, and prevent fraudulent account creation.

No other usage: We do NOT use your data for analytics, profiling, advertising, coaching personalization (since no health data is collected), or any form of automated decision-making.

Because we collect very limited data, our sharing is equally limited. We only share your information in these rare circumstances:

• With your Distributor upline (if applicable): Your name and Distributor ID may be visible to your sponsor or team leader solely to support the opportunity and community structure. No health, location, or communication data is ever shared.
